Sticky Bombs is a passive item added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.
Effects
- +5
Bombs. - Bombs stick to enemies.
- Spawns 2-5 Blue Spiders when one of Isaac's bombs kills an enemy.
Spawns 1-2 Blue Spiders or Blue Flies when it damages an enemy.
Bombs leave a puddle of slowing white creep on the ground when they explode.- This item belongs to the
Spider Baby set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a humanoid spider.
Notes
- Sticky Bombs spawn the same amount of spiders even if multiple enemies are killed with a single bomb.
- Sticky Bombs can stick to friendly enemies.
Synergies
Bob's Rotten Head: sticks to an enemy, the explosion is delayed but will deal 110 damage.
- No longer sticks to enemies.
Bomber Boy: Greatly increases the size of the creep puddle.
Interactions
Dr. Fetus: Dr. Fetus bombs retain the sticky effect ( unless Isaac has piercing). Dr. Fetus bombs will not spawn spiders even if they stick to an enemy.
- The bombs always spawn slowing white creep after exploding.
Mr. Mega / 
Lost Cork: No effect on the creep puddle size.

- Sticky Bombs may be a reference to Spelunky's sticky bombs, which are also related to spiders and stick to enemies.
