Safety Cap is a trinket.
Effects
- Gives a 10% chance of changing the room drop reward to a pill.
- Gives a 33% chance of adding a pill to the rewards from opening certain Chests, or destroying Tinted Rocks, certain Machines, and certain Beggars.
- Other than Tinted Rocks and
Wooden Chests, these can only drop the pill if they drop coins, hearts, 
Bombs, or 
Keys.
- Wooden Chests can even drop the pill in addition to an item.
