This item belongs to the 
Spun set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a buff berserker.
Notes
Having multiple copies of 
Roid Rage, such as those duplicated by 
Diplopia will only increase the range, leaving the speed stat unaffected.

Trivia
- Roid Rage describes the frequent anger outbursts induced by the overuse of steroids.
- The item's name and effects is from another one of Edmund's games known as The C Word.[1]
- Prior to Repentance, Roid Rage was the biggest speed upgrade in the game with the title now going to
Mercurius with its +0.4 speed, which is still 33% smaller.
