Odd Mushroom is a passive item.
Effects
Gives Isaac one empty Heart container.
Gives Isaac one full Heart container.- +0.3 damage.
- +1 damage.
- +0.25 range.
- +1.5 range.
- +0.5 tear falling speed.
- -0.1 speed.
- -0.2 speed.
- Makes Isaac's head larger, which on its own is only a visual effect.
- If taken when Isaac is smaller than the default, this Mushroom also increases his hitbox slightly.
This item belongs to the 
Fun Guy set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into a walking mushroom.
Notes
- There are two collectible items in the game named Odd Mushroom; you can tell them apart from the sprites.
Interactions
The Virus: The speed down from the Virus does not stack with the Odd Mushroom; if both are collected, only a total of -0.1 applies.
