Effects

  • Inflicts fear on all enemies in the room for 4 seconds.
  • (in Repentance and Repentance+) Spawns 1 blue fly on use.
  • (except in Rebirth) This item belongs to the Yes Mother?Yes Mother? set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into his mother.

Notes

  • (except in Rebirth and Afterbirth) This item has a 1% chance to spawn when bombing Mom's Dressing Table.pngMom's Dressing Table. Multiple copies can be obtained through this method.
