Ministros hop around the room aimlessly but will hop in the general direction of Isaac if he gets too close. They will occasionally pause to spit a disorganized cluster of projectiles akin to Monstro. Ministros are unlocked by defeating The Lamb for the first time.

Notes

• When Ministros are champions, their red shots only deal half a heart of damage, but they still deal a full heart of contact damage.
• If Ministros aren't unlocked yet, they are replaced by Hoppers.
• Monstro is the boss version of Ministros.

• The name 'Ministro' is both a portmanteau of 'mini' and 'Monstro' and the Italian/spanish/portuguese word for 'minister'.
• Older version of this mob didn't have a jumping animation and was just crawling instead.
