• Increases the radius of all creep produced by Isaac, his familiars, and friendly enemies.

Synergies

• Golden Trinket / Mom's Box / Lost Cork: Each copy further increases creep size. However, having 4+ copies will reset creep to its default size.

Interactions

• Sticky Bombs: No effect on the creep size from the bomb.
• Blood Bombs: No effect on the creep size from the bomb.
