Effects
- Upon use, Isaac farts, charming all nearby enemies.
The cloud deals 5 damage.

Ghost Pepper: Whenever the player creates a charming fart, a fire will be shot in a random direction.-
Book of Virtues: Spawns purple wisps on the middle ring. The wisps charm nearby enemies when destroyed. 
Second Hand: Doubles charm duration.
Interactions
Car Battery: Spawns two charming farts on top of each other and the cloud deals double damage.

- The charm effect this item gives may be a reference to the fact that Kidney Beans are one of the most nutritious / healthy type of bean to eat, or the fact that it resembles a heart.
- The sprite for Kidney Bean was much larger prior to Repentance. It was resprited to be similar in size to
Butter Bean, 
The Black Bean, and 
The Bean.
