Hold is an activated item added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. It is available solely for Character Tainted ??? icon.pngTainted ??? as his starting item.

Effects

  • Removes Character Tainted ??? icon.pngTainted ???'s leftmost poop, storing it inside of Hold and cycling to the next poop.
  • Using Hold again while a poop is inside it will remove the poop and use it as expected.

Notes

  • The item is unavailable for anyone except Character Tainted ??? icon.pngTainted ???.
    • It can, however, activate when using Metronome. This does nothing with most characters; however, it will count as a use of the item when activated as Character Tainted ??? icon.pngTainted ???.
