Hagalaz is an unlockable rune.
Effects
- Destroys all breakable obstacles in the room.
- Does not affect Key Blocks.
Destroys all stone enemies.- Destroys stone armor of enemies like
Hosts, 
Knights, 
Tuff Twins and 
The Shell.
Notes
- Hagalaz cannot create bridges.
TNTs are exploded by Hagalaz' effect, but 
Movable TNTs are not.- Hosts revealed from Skulls will start out with their armor destroyed, as
Red Hosts.
Strategy
- Hagalaz is best used in a room with many mushrooms, urns, or skulls, as they often drop useful resources.
- Using Hagalaz in chapter 4 can be hazardous, as polyps can shoot projectiles in all directions when destroyed.
