Bob's Curse is a passive item.
Effects
- Grants 5
Bombs. - Grants all of Isaac's bombs a poison effect.
The bombs leave a lingering green poison cloud after exploding.- Gives Isaac immunity to poison effects such as those from destroying Mushrooms and
Sick Boom Fly. 
This item belongs to the 
Bob set. Collecting three items from this set will transform Isaac into Bob.
Notes
- This item can drop from killing
Super Sloth. 
Super Sloth can drop this item even if Isaac has already encountered/possessed it.
Synergies
Bob's Rotten Head: No effect.
- The explosion leaves behind a poison cloud.

- The bombs placed after picking up this item resemble the head of
