Bob's Bladder is a trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth.
Effect

Bombs leave green creep underneath themselves. 
The creep deals 23.3 damage per tick.
Notes
- Bombs will leave a trail of creep when moved or pushed around until they explode.
Synergies
Dr. Fetus: Bombs from Dr. Fetus leave creep, allowing for extra damage.
Remote Detonator: Bombs will continue to leave creep until they are manually detonated. Allows for maximization of creep damage, potentially dealing more damage over time to a boss than just a singular bomb.-
Rocket in a Jar: Fired Rockets leave creep. 
Scatter Bombs: Tiny bombs will also create creep, allowing for a larger area of effect.
Interactions
Bob's Rotten Head: No effect.
Epic Fetus: No effect.
Mr. Mega: Does not produce bigger creep puddles.-
Throwable Bombs from 
Bomb Grimaces do not leave creep.
