Effects

• Adds a chance to fire a black tooth that poisons enemies.
  • Black teeth deal double Isaac's normal tear damage.
  • The chance to shoot teeth depends on the luck stat, and the formula used to determine the chance is: $\frac{1}{33-\lfloor {L}{u}{c}{k}\rfloor }$
    • At base Luck (0), the chance is ~3%, maxing out at 100% at 32 Luck.

• Golden Trinket / Mom's Box / multiple copies: No effect.
