Baby Long Legs quickly run away from Isaac and occasionally stops to spawn a Spider. Usually, they can spawn a maximum of 3 Spiders. They run around erratically when Isaac is nearby and can sometimes run directly into him when this occurs.

The Small Baby Long Legs is a tiny variant of Baby Long Legs that simultaneously spawns Sacks along with a small puddle of slowing White Creep. The Sacks it spawns start at around half health and take a while to regenerate fully.
