Apollyon's Best Friend is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance.

Effects

  • Spawns an attack locust familiar identical to the default ones spawned by Collectible Abyss icon.pngAbyss. It will fly forward while Isaac is shooting and deals contact damage equal to Isaac's damage.

  • Unlike many other effects which grant a familiar lasting multiple rooms, Apollyon's Best Friend is unaffected by the duplication bug from Collectible Glowing Hourglass icon.pngGlowing Hourglass.
